The Japanese brand Real McCoy's are today counted among the few high-end reproduction manufacturers of military and casual garments in the world! They strive to make true replicas by carefully researching and analyzing original vintage garments, taking great care to duplicate the material while paying close attention to technique and quality with the goal to bring back old forgotten techniques and machines needed to make garments of outstanding quality without compromises.

This jacket is a reproduction of the two piece denim work uniform that was issued for the US Army in the 40's. Its predecessor was a denim pullover shirt but as the story is told it was changed due to complaints about the pullovers ripping down the front when used, and that was the end of the denim pullover in the US Army. This model was the result of the updated version, it was longer and futures a buttoned front and two lower front pockets with pocket flaps.

This shirt is Real McCoy's version of the golden tiger stripe patterned shirt used in the Vietnam War's, adopts cotton twill fabric and multiple color printing process, and has a retro charm after long washing and fading. There are two three-dimensional patch pockets on its chest, convenient for carrying things, and small pockets on each arm for easy taking stuff from the pockets.

Its previous owner chose to pick the patches, but these are in the pocket if you wish to sew them back on.

The shirt is second hand but in close to new condition. iI has not been worn many times.

All measurements are in centimeters and measured on a flat surface. Width is measured straight across the chest from armpit to armpit, length is measured at the back of the garment from the neck down and the sleeve length is measured on the underarm from the armpit to the end of the cuff.
